  • Unlike shampoo, Schooleys Mountain Beard Balm can and should be applied every day. You will notice that your beard will become softer gradually over time. Like our beard oil, the best time to apply beard balm is directly following your shower when your beard is at its cleanest. Follow these steps:

    • Lightly towel-dry the beard.
    • If using beard oil as well, apply it prior to applying the balm.
    • Activate the balm by running your finger across the top of the balm repeatedly, in a circular motion.
    • Use the back of your thumbnail or something sharp to remove the desired amount, about the size of a dime.
    • Emulsify the balm by rubbing between palms.
    • Apply at the base of your beard and work in from the root to the tip, include the mustache.
    • Use a beard comb or brush to evenly distribute.
